Citect Scada [Protocols]

The director at Earthed Solutions has been involved with Citect protocols since testing the first 32Bit Citect drivers for Allen Bradley and Omron in 1995, assigned to extensively test Citect with the full Industrial control range of PLC's in every conceivable communications arrangement.

Earthed has from time to time been required to identify faults / incompatabilities in modbus implementations by Citect and 3rd party industrial control hardware, resulting in the modification of various Citect drivers.

Modnet | Modbus | Modbus Slave DDK:

[+] The driver developer kit (DDK), originally available in in C Language, has been used to adapt the base Modnet TCP/IP driver to accomodate the Daniel S600 Flow Computer to allow 32Bit Read/Write functions to work, prior to this, citect would crash the flow computer whena double precision value was written to the S600 controller. As the communications paths involved both Ethernet and Serial Modnet and Modbus drivers needed to be addapted.
